We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. In order to cancel your order, we ask you to send an email with your revocation as soon as possible to: info@unrefinedriches.com. If the order has already been sent, you can refuse to accept it, or you can return the unopened product. We will refund you the full amount for the product upon receipt of your return.

Please send us an email directly to: info@unrefinedriches.com. We will investigate the whole thing and replace your item for you. In this case a credit is not possible.
