Your tasks at Unrefined Riches:

• • • Standard processing of incoming orders (print shipping labels & delivery notes, pack packages)
    • Replenishment and inventory control
    • Processing of returns
    • Ensuring material availability
    • Ensuring quality standards and smooth communication between fulfillment, customer service and the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL)
    • Ensuring the professional collection of customer packages by DHL / other shipping service providers
    • Inventory update via Shopify
    • Process Analysis & Optimization
    • Control of incoming and outgoing goods
