Usually changes can be seen after 4-6 weeks. In any skincare routine, regularity is key, so we recommend that you use our products consistently and patiently.

Our products are suitable for all skin types and colors.
+ i have acne. can you still use your products?
Fortunately, we can tell you that most customers with acne have had good experiences with our products. However, to be on the safe side, we recommend that you ask your dermatologist.
+ I have certain skin diseases / sensitive skin. can i still use your products?
Our customers with a wide variety of skin types and skin problems have had good experiences with our products. Even in our test phases, between 95% and 97% percent of our testers are satisfied with the products and find them to support the skin's function.
+ do your products contain microplastics?
Our products do not contain any microplastics.
+ can i use your products during pregnancy?
Congratulations on your pregnancy! The female body performs at its best during pregnancy. It changes day by day and month by month, which is why there may be intolerance to certain substances. We therefore recommend that you speak to your gynecologist or dermatologist beforehand.
+ i got an allergic reaction from one of your products. what now?
We are very sorry to hear that you did not tolerate our products. Every skin is different and therefore reacts differently to certain ingredients.
+ how can I change / cancel my order?
We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. In order to cancel your order, we ask you to send an email with your revocation as soon as possible to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept it or you can return the unopened product. We will refund you the full amount for the product upon receipt of your return.
+ what if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us an email directly to: email@example.com. We will investigate the whole thing and replace your item for you. In this case, a credit is not possible.
+ when will my package be sent?
The processing time of an order is a maximum of 48 hours. Your order will then be sent. Orders paid in advance are an exception. Here we send your order within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Pre-orders are another exception.
