After body cleansing with BODY [SESSI]ON. Gently massage a few pumps of the Gel Exfoliant into damp skin. Leave for a minute. [MIL]KEY TREAT is recommended as a body lotion afterwards. If certain parts of the body are exposed to the sun during the day, additional sun protection with at least SPF 30 is recommended.
I use it in between because the body session when showering and the lotion afterwards is probably too much for my body. But as a product in between and then applying the lotion works great.
